All Conference Participants can be accomodated in the Tenuta di Spineto (see The Venue for more information). The total cost estimate for the accomodation (5 days full board) is 850 euros for single rooms and 650 euros for double rooms. If you are an Accepted Participant you must have received instructions from the LOC on how to confirm your room reservation.

When Spineto will process your request you will receive an electronic version of your receipt. The original receipt for the total amount due will be issued upon your arrival at Spineto after you balance the lodging fee.

In Spineto there are three types of lodging units: the old Abbey, the Guesthouse, and the Farmhouses. The Abbey and Guesthouse are clustered in the core of the property, while the Farmhouses are scattered in the countryside. The Conference Center is a new building very close to the Abbey and to the Guesthouse.

All bedrooms, each with private bathroom, have been recently restored and are of superior quality. Most of the rooms are double with two single beds. We encourage the participants to share rooms since this will give us the opportunity of raising the number of attendees. A number of rooms has queen size beds, and these are suitable for participants with accompaining persons.

Since there are no nearby restaurants, we have arranged lunch and dinner services in the Abbey. Breakfast will be served in the living room of each unit.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
The Abbey complex is not a Hotel and despite the fact that the owners have favored us with special conditions for the conference guests, it will not be possible to hold your room reservation without a money deposit, as indicated on the RESERVATION FORM.

Note however that it will not be possible to pay less for a shorter stay. The above quoted cost cover your full board from Sunday evening June 10 2007 to Friday afternoon June 15, except for the evening meal during the tour which is provided by the LOC.

Balance of your payment is due upon your arrival at Spineto. Credit cards or cash payments will be the only payment forms accepted!
